To trust God is to love God and to love God is to trust God. The writer of proverbs admonishes us to trust in the Lord with all out heart and to not depend upon our own intellect. It is when we trust in our own understanding and our own reasoning that we miss the mark and mess things up. Yes God has given us a mind and we should use it however, there are those times where we simply can’t understand and we have to trust, Him. Pastor Allen tells us 4 things that we must trust in if we are ever going to have confidence in God.

 

Freedom is to be celebrated. Our freedom in Christ is to be celebrated also. Most people celebrate that freedom by doing religious rituals, going to church, giving offerings, etc… However, God never intended for our freedom to be limited to religious action but to be celebrated in our lifestyle, how we live our life day in and day out. Pastor Allen talks about 5 things that will be returned to you if you have truly been set free. These are indicators of your freedom and that we are captive no longer.
