  • This Week: ThePresence of God
  • Last Week: The Joy of a Child

The presence of God was, is, and always will be. It is not something we experience on Sunday morning only, but something that should be ever-present in our life. And that presence should direct and lead our lives in such a way that we are changed into the likeness of God Himself. Robbie Schaubhut outlines how the presence of God has always been with mankind since the beginning of time. And how God did and is reaching out to His creation, desirous of a deep, intimate relationship with us.

The joy of Christmas can be captured in the smiles and excitement of Children. Their innocence, their purity of heart, and the light in their eyes all betray the evil of a world gone wrong, so that their joy may bring hope into the world. It was the innocence and purity of Jesus’ birth that ushered in a new realm of hope and peace on that fateful and glorious night. It is the joy of a child that many of us as adults have lost. No matter why or how the fact remains that we have lost it. Pastor Allen talks about several aspects of the joy of children and of the Christmas season that we must regain if we are ever to be all that He was born, lived, died and resurrected for us to be.
