An invitation is a call, a summons, or a request from someone to something special. God is inviting you and I to a year of an outpouring of His Holy Spirit on the Church. He is inviting us in four different areas. He is inviting us to come to the water, to come to the light, come closer to Him and to come up higher. Pastor Richard Hinojosa shares from his real life experience of how God spoke to Him concerning a major move in his life and how we can take the things God spoke to Him and apply it to our life. “The world is going to hell in a hand-basket!” If you been alive for very long and in the church for a while, you’ve more than likely heard that statement at least once in your lifetime. But the question that remains is; what are you going to do about it? Not, what are we going to do about it but what are you going to do about it. Jesus has enabled you and given you the responsibility to change the world around you. Unfortunately there exist a generation that is simply doing what singer/songwriter John Mayer sings, “waiting on the world to change.” However God has called you to change the world. |
