Faith, Hope and Love and the greatest of these is, love. But how do we go from faith in Jesus to loving like He does? The bridge from faith to love is hope. No one has the ability within them to love as Jesus’ loves apart from Him “shedding abroad His love in our hearts by the Holy Spirit.” What bridges the gap? Hope. Hope in that Jesus will produce in us by the Holy Spirit His own nature causing us to love as He does, to act like He does and move as He does.
