Trusting God is rarely associated with humility. But in actually trust is all about humbling oneself. Humbling ourselves in such a way that we bring our opinions, our wishes, wants and whims to a place that we set what God thinks above what we think. When our mind is dividing and we are worried about all types of things we can’t cast all our care upon Him. Why, because we are setting up our own thinking about what God has to say. If we trust in Him then that means that we are no longer in control and have humbled ourselves and trust in God for everything in our life.
