Our core values are what define who we are as a church. And the belief and value that every believer can have intimacy with the Father is deeply rooted in our hearts and way of life at Resurrection Life. Intimacy with the Father is all about worship and worship is much more than singing songs, dancing, raising our hands or playing music. Worship is about connecting with the Father on a daily basis whether it’s with music or having a quite time with Him where nothing and no one else is present but you and Him. Resurrection Life’s DNA is made up our core values which define who we are and what our mission is. Last week Pastor Allen talked about the priesthood of the believer and how we can impact the world in which we live in. This week Pastor Allen discusses the core value that is central to all that we are and that’s about the value of people. When we value people as God does it will change how we live and how we treat people. Love for people actually comes natural and not something we have to work up. This core value is threaded through every activity, service, and event that Resurrection Life host or is involved in. We can’t help but value people when we value what God values. |
