The power of words is a power that most of the church hasn’t laid hold of yet. However when God created the world He spoke it into existence. Scientist, have found that the universe as we know it is ever expanding which is a direct result of the spoken word from God when He spoke the worlds into existence. If words have that much power coming from the mouth of God shouldn’t the words that we speak as His children have as much power? God has commanded us to speak words of Life. Death and life are truly in the power of the tongue and if so we must speak words of life.
Once we come to know God in an intimate relationship we are not stay at the beginning of that relationship. There are transitions we are to go through so as to truly seek the face of God. The Promise, the Process and the Provision. Unless we go through these transitons in our relationship with God we will simply stay right where we started. Unfortunately most of the church of America is in the first stage; the Promise, when God wants her to continue on with the transitions as she seeks His Face and are changed into the likeness of His son Jesus Christ. |
